Default Why aren't these Lakers a "sure thing"? (or bron's Heat/Cavs).. What would it take..

for Lebron to have a sure thing or perennial favorite?

if his current or previous casts weren't enough, this means the so-called #2 player isn't capable of having a sure thing or perennial favorite no matter who you put around him, which means that he's nowhere near #2 and infact a massive fraud

The regular season records for his Heat or Cavs teams should've been like 62, 73, 68, and 60 but instead it was like 57, 54, 66, and 54 or something pathetic like that - only 1 sixty win season in 7 years of super-teams (11-17').. It's massive underachievement to have perennial underdogs and weak records with those super-team casts - it's a function of his inferior brand of ball (luka-ball) that requires more talent but still can't achieve perennial favorite status regardless of cast.

What would it take to be perennial favourites?

    A weak era.

AD dominates consistently yet the Lakers aren't a sure thing despite having the Jeff Bezos version of Pippen on the team...

MJ went 6/6 with Pippen, while the biggest fraud in sports history is 1/4 with AD, Wade or Love.. Clear-cut, massive sample sizes that show Lebron is a 1/4 guy with better sidekicks than MJ went 6/6 with

    2-star teams vs 2-star teams (90's)

    =

    3-star teams vs 3-star teams

so it's the same... Lebron had the 3rd star to challenge the 3rd stars that he faced...

If you gave MJ a 3rd all-star, he would go 82-0 and 16-0 in the playoffs... He never lost 3 straight games for 8 years with 1 other all-star, so he would basically never lost with 2 all-star teammates like Lebron enjoyed

    .
Lebron went 1/4 with a rich man's Pippen, while Jordan went 6/6 with a poor man's AD:

    REGULAR SEASON

    20-23' Anthony Davis...... 25 on 52%.... 25.4 PER... 0.204 WS/48... 6.0 BPM
    91-93' Scottie Pippen...... 20 on 50%.... 20.3 PER... 0.168 WS/48... 5.3 BPM

    PLAYOFFS

    20-23' Anthony Davis...... 25 on 54%.... 26.5 PER... 0.239 WS/48... 7.2 BPM
    91-93' Scottie Pippen...... 20 on 50%.... 19.6 PER... 0.148 WS/48... 5.1 BPM

Btw, imagine if I used Pippen's 2nd three-peat numbers - Pippen was joke help
