Balmer has wasted more money than any other owner in the pursuit of an NBA championship and its not even close. The initial signing and forced trade for George is understandable but they extended him with the known issues and at that point get no sympathy. They've been badly screwed. Right now SGA by himself is more valuable than George and Leonard combined.

I think it's funny they had the LeBron clause which is like if you have x amount of minutes or games it doesn't apply to you. haha. I think that trying to force people to not rest is bullshit. I do think the awards should require people to play more games, though. If you want an award, you should have to play more than 65 games. 65 games is p low. Less than 80% of games, ey?

But this whole rest thing, trying to make the NBA season have tourneys so people care... it's like why? They really should shorten the season. It's crazy, but if they could eliminate back to backs and get people playing hard again, that would be for the benefit of everyone. There's no reason that we got athletic monsters taking so many plays off or being shut down for the season.
