if this happened with Dillon Brooks' trainer and wife, the situation would be viewed as Dillon getting busted - no one would give a crap that it was actually his wife and trainer that accepted the PED's and not Dillon.. Everyone would know that they obviously got the drugs for Dillon... So Lebron has already been busted but everyone just has their head in the sand.. aka denial

I think he probably is using something and I think Wade is the one that got him using stuff in the first place, but there's no incentive at all for the NBA to get a positive test from any star player. They have a TV contract coming up, like I said any positive test from a star player, if I'm Adam Silver, I'm throwing it in the trash.
