On Paper the Celtics and Bucks have more talent than Heat... why did the Heat dominat

Two things happened in the east :

Bucks lost to the Heat because the coach never made an adjustment to Butler.
Giannis is a coach's player ... so he did not speak up / that will never happen agin.

Celtics were riding a wave all season long as a young team. (experience helps , and their center did not do his job in the locker room)
End of the season they were already wilting , and by the time Butler showed up it was just a knife in the back roast.

Miami is not a wonder team , and neither is Butler a super star.
If butler was a super star he would have won something other that a pat on the back.

Butler is a superstar and carried heavily in the last 2 games vs Bucks. Bucks win that series if Butler is simply great instead of historically great in those 2 games.

Heat are making easy work of the Celtics who on paper are more talented than them. Heat have proven to be elite due to elite role player contribution, great coaching, and Butler's consistency on both ends

Yup basically this. People forget Spo is probably top 3 coaches in the game right now and not only in his adjustments, but his philosophy fits this group of players. It really is a pretty old school way of going about things defensively and reminds me of a poormans 2000s Pistons where basically anyone can switch and help. Ironically when Horford was younger, it allowed these Celtics to do the same but he can't anymore and we've seen for a couple years now how Celtics are much more mentally weak than some other teams and just try to overwhelm with talent. You can tell by watching, Heat don't really sweat and thus typically do quite well in the clutch.
