Default Should we bet all our life savings on Lakers game 4 vs Nuggets?

There's no way Lakers gonna get swept right? Lebron won't allow it. The NBA won't allow it. The refs are gonna go out all guns blazing.

That's the way I felt about tonight's game, I thought they'd come out with more urgency and defend homecourt, where they hadn't lost since March. I'd honestly pick Denver to finish them off on Monday.

I'd be curious what the historical record is in Game 4's when a teams down 3-0, how often they force a Game 5.

Why would you ever bet your life savings on anything? This is ISH though, so I'm sure a lot of you would.

Not even Kareem, Magic, Shaq or Kobe could avoid it.

96 Sonics forced a game 6. There was at least one team that forced a game 7, but can't remember who. I'd pick the Lakers to win game 4 (would absolutely not bet on it though) and then get dusted in game 5.

The '94 Nuggets, after coming back from 2-0 for the first 8-1 upset ever, then forced a Game 7 after trailing 3-0 the next round The Jail Blazers did the same thing against Dallas in '03, even having the lead in the 4th I believe.

For forcing Game 6, the only one I can think of besides the Sonics is Orlando against Boston in 2010.

Man it takes a shit ton of mental toughness to not lose game 7 after being up 3-0 and letting it get tied, props to those teams.

They were down 2 going into the 4th quarter of Game 7 and it was a tie game with 3:13 left. Dirk showed up in crunch time and the Blazers collapsed. That's probably the closest anyone's ever gonna get.
