Harrell has a player option, so considering by the end of Summer if he continues on his current trajectory he will be close to 330 lbs. It is pretty much a given he opts in.

Niang and Shake are free agents. Shake is as good as gone, I assume Niang is gone too.

If Harden leaves it actually makes their cap completely f'cked. The can't sign Kyrie to the money he requires unless there is a sign and trade deal somewhere.

The Sixers a pretty much f'cked now as a chance of being contender . They need just let the next season go.

Let Maxey and Embiid develop a two man game, see if Springer is a dog with some playing time. Re sign Paul Reed and see if they can play him next to Joel at times.

Harris ' contract finally expires at seasons end. They can then go onto Summer 2024 in a better position to reup the roster.
