And what? The Lakers changed their defense not stop GS from getting so many open 3s. Duh

If they continued playing drop coverage they would have kept getting lit up.

You were right because the Lakers had the sense to change their defense. Unlike you they realized that playing drop coverage wasn't going to work against the warriors, as I pointed out after watching game 1.

That is exactly what happened. The announcers were even talking about it during the game. Did you have the game muted when you watched it?

They literally said you can't play drop coverage against the warriors. Once GS went up double digits they finally stopped. No idea why it took them so long but that's what happened. Maybe AD was just slow to get the memo.

damn, coach Ham said them midway through the first this isnt working, stop it fellas? Or maybe it was never about playing drop coverage entirely, but it was an energy thing for AD?

I have no idea about the cause. I just know what actually happened. Maybe Ham was telling AD to show all along. I am not in the huddle so I have no idea.

I just know that they stopped playing drop. Then both teams went back and forth with adjustments. No idea what the adjustments were last night.

If he lives in europe the games are on at 3 to 5 in the morning. Unless he has a league pass with a DVR….Safe to say he isn’t watching a lot of it
