He has a weird online presence but that aside I wouldn’t say he’s especially annoying. I don’t have any evidence he’s just a jerk. He’s said to be just a basketball junkie who smokes a lot of weed. Plenty of people easier to hate. He doesn’t seem to be out to hurt anyone or talk too crazy.

Whats the worst thing we know he did? Request a trade? That’s a looooooong list to be on.

no accountability and awareness

no competitive spirit

constantly team hops to an absurd extent, that teams constantly threaten to be OP for the league but luckily injuries, coaching mismanagement or his own leadership and game style failures get in the way

This is exactly it.

KD wants to play basketball. He doesnt want the pressure of leadership and he doesnt want to have to worry about what other guys on the team are doing. He wants to score, put up numbers, win games, and go home. When shit gets tough, he leaves for another super team because he thinks it will allow him to just do his thing and let everyone else worry about the team.

Thats fine when you go to Golden State and you are just the icing on the cake, but not so great when your teammates either dont want to lead (kyrie) or doesnt have the patience for everyone's bullshit (Harden).

In theory, the Suns have leadership in Chris Paul, but he is half the player he was 2 years ago. This team is top heavy and not really that super.

But I STILL like him a hell of a lot more than Chris Paul. CP is a dirty, scummy little bitch that flops like a fish and takes cheap shots anytime he gets a little cranky. I cant believe he was elected president of the player's association.

Booker isnt really dirty, but he is really ****ing whiney and Luka exposed him for being a front runner.

So you dislike Durant for not being competitive enough and switching teams but dislike Booker for being too competitive which is why stars are joining him and not the other way around. Notice Lebron joined more competitive Wade and Kyrie but AD lacked competitiveness to force Lebron to join him in New Orleans which is why both of them joined Lakers so neither one would look more alpha than the other.

I feel like the whole villain/snake persona has worn off over the years since he left GSW. People still hate on him for joining stacked teams but looking at this Phoenix team I really wouldn’t call them stacked. Teaming together multiple ball dominant superstars has been a losing formula for a while now. And his online presence is funny to me. I like that he makes himself available to random anonymous Twitter accounts. Doesn’t give off stuck up sports celebrity vibes.
