Honestly, I can't think of a current rivalry at the moment that has drawing power.
Probably Dodgers/padres if the latter can get their shit together, which I think they will.

The play in game in 2021 had a lot of hype around it.

We just need both of these teams to be at the top of the AL East again. Competing against one another in the ALCS. That's how we'll get that competitiveness back. But right now, yea, it's a shit rivalry.

Spencer Strider's velocity is strangely down, which I think is a huge contributor to his struggles recently. Going from 99-100 to 95-96 is huge for him.

Not sure what the hell Snitker and company are doing by not realizing that something is wrong with Strider. I've been on Twitter and social media for the last 3-4 of his starts talking about how he should miss a couple of starts just in case. This is his first full season as a starting pitcher and just like you said, his velo is down and these fastballs look like beach balls to these hitters. Dude got smoked again today for 5 runs with THREE of those being homeruns. If the score holds up today, he'll miraculously get the win, but he doesn't deserve it. Acuña and Harris bailed his ass out today. But on top of all the issues we've had with pitching and overall health, the fact that our best pitcher is giving up bombs all of a sudden is a huge problem.

Yea hopefully they're checking this out.

If Michael Harris starts to go it may not matter either way though. It will make the lineup stupid deep.

Both the runaway MVPs at this point. Ohtani in particular might be having the best season anyone has ever had.

I don’t see how brewers don’t suspend the 3rd baseman and pitcher for allowing Elly de la Cruz to do the unimaginable. Kid is the most electrifying player I’ve seen in a long time.

Seeing De la Cruz from Cincy and Oneil Cruz from the Pirates will be fun going forward. Combine those guys with Acuña and Ohtani and baseball has some exciting players to watch going forward. Honorable mentions: Julio Rodriguez, Bo Bichette, Wander Franco.
