Why is LeBron so consistently bad in OT?
I have never seen a player that so consistently disappears and struggles to score in overtime
How df you go double OT and fail to score a single point
It's not just last night it's damn near every OT LeBron has played in

Having to carry for 48 minutes will do that to you, never before has someone been expected to be their teams best scorer, rebounder and playmaker every game.

No one is expecting him. At his age he should have figured out how to reorient his role and effect on the team’s capability to win at this point.
If he is still stuck with the bronball, I-want-all-stats-and -credit-to-myself mentality when he physically can’t do it anymore, then he is stupid for sticking to it.

You must have not seen the game. He didn't carry at any point in the game. Westbrook was the one carrying the team.
Also, to answer OP's question, it's partly a matter of endurance. He's getting older, and he lacks stamina. And it's partly because defensive intensity ramps up in OT. He doesn't look nearly as good when teams don't allow him to just barrel toward the hoop.

Yep, it really sucks for his most extreme and miserable haters to not see him do any stat-padding in overtime.

OP with the major recency bias. How about you actual compile all over Lebron's performances in OT in his regular season career and come back to us with the actual numbers.

LeGM really let him down. They've been trying for 2 years to get an on ball decision maker on the team to ease the burden on LeBron and they settled on Westbrook. LeCoach can't be playing him 47 minutes either. An all around organizational failure.

I haven't got time for that nerd shit I'm just pointing an observation
He vanished in OT against the Warriors in game 1 of the 2018 finals
Last month he disappeared in an OT loss vs the Celtics
0 points in OT against Philly earlier this season
Went 1-5 in OT against the Pelicans this season
I have rarely seen him play good in OT

and while being a fat ass. you see Luka relies on SKILL more than athleticism.
whereas, LeNoSkill relies on stiff arming and travelling.

At age 22, and is achieving nothing, carrying means competing.
Bron was doing the same thing at Luka's age, but achieving, like when he got to the finals with Larry Hughes as his running mate.

isn't it funny how bronies love to bring up the 'competition' when talking about how he beat a '73 win team', but then ignore the fact that he was able to make the finals so many times because the competition was weak in the east?

From 97-14, the East had all but 1 DPOY, on average had 6.8 of the 10 best defensive teams and 7.2 of the 10 players who made All-NBA.
LeBron competed in the toughest defensive conference ever with his running mate giving him 12 a game.
