Jump Kick Man has been identified. He told the prosecution that he would testify on their behalf IF they dropped a couple of his pending cases, but they said no. And not only did they say no, they kept his identity secret, and did not tell the defense.

He has a long rap sheet (shocker), decades long, was out on probation, but is hailed as a hero by those who think he was a brave person trying to stop an active shooter. Personally I don't think he had any idea what was going on and just saw a good opportunity to beat up on someone who wouldn't be able to defend themselves.

It’s definitely him.” (There’s not much visible to non-friends on his pages now.) Both Melody and Ramirez said they recognize the clothing he wore in the photo too.
