Jazz just aren't going anywhere in the playoffs. Mitchell has to carry so much dead weight. Rudy needs to learn to be a man. Got eviscerated by Turner and then threw a little bitchfit. He's easy to rattle and targeted over and over.

Rudy’s defense is the reason Pacers won by 11

“It’s actually funny because my boxing coach was at the game,” Gobert said. “It’s the only game he’s come to this year. I didn’t throw a punch because I didn’t feel threatened. If I don’t feel threatened, I’m not going to throw a punch. If someone wants to fight, I’m easy to reach. We can take it off the court and deal with it as men. But, people need to stop acting like they are going to fight on the basketball court when they know security will be there to break it up. It’s cool for the cameras, but people need to stop acting like they are about that life.”

    – via Tony Jones @ The Athletic

Andy Larsen: Gobert: “20 years ago, they would let you fight a little more. I can’t put myself in a position where I’m hurting my team. I’ve got more to lose. I’ve gotta stand up for myself, but I’m not going to get suspended.”

Eric Walden: Donovan Mitchell: “It’s really at a point now where the refs are letting it get out of hand. … Have this energy in the first quarter.” Says he feels the officials allowed too much contact early, leading to mounting frustration. “Draw the line early instead of letting shit build up,” he added. He said that refs told him post-halftime he was right about several missed calls, but them conceding mistakes does nothing to help him with the game as it stood at that point.

Tony Jones: Quin Snyder said he understood the Gobert and Ingles ejections. He did not understand the Mitchell ejection. Wanted an explanation on that

Wouldn't have been in a position to do that if Gobert wasn't a soft little idiot

Amazing how it’s somehow Mitchell’s fault Toody started a fight he couldn’t even win.
