Hell Pierce has played point forward a good amount of his career.

    Im out.
Hes not the primary ball-handler Rafer is.

He doesn't really run the offense by himself either he runs it with Alston and Yao, They help a lot.

if you consider t-mac one you mind as well consider pierce one.

IMO point forward doesn't necesarily mean you have to bring down the ball. Its more of a role on offense were you have the ball and people around you rotate/move and you make decisions of where/when to pass or shoot

To me a point-forward is a forward who has good ballhandling and passing skills, and often facilitates the offense.

Luke Walton yes, i think hes developing into one.

Bring the ball down, i don't think its a big deal either but primary ball handling yes.

VC i believe is a combo guard.

Because he plays point guard when Jason Kidd is on the bench, since marcus williams and all those other point guards are unexperienced and not that great.

Marcus williams doesn't get that much minutes and neither does eddie house or does other bench players.

Scottie Pippen is the greatest Point Forward ever in the NBA league. Well, I'm not sure whether James will exceed him in the future.

this is basically my definition of point forward

A point forward, basically speaking, is a forward who brings the ball up and is the primary ball handler for a team that already has two distinct guards on the floor. There really haven't been that many, with Paul Pressey really being the first. Others were Pippen and Hill. James is really the only one today, although Odom and Diaw have been able to play it in a pinch (it was attempted to put Walker there, but his decision making was never really the best).

    Point forwards today are
LeBron James, Boris Diaw, Lamar Odom, AK-47(in the playoffs), and possibly John Salmons
