Players putting up big numbers on lottery teams will have a hard time transitioning into their lesser roles on bigger teams.

I think the trades made recently were more about heading back towards a another tank than anything. All trades make them a remarkably worse side and gut is telling me its intentional as a way to force Tatbum, Walker, Smart out so they can start another rebuild
They blew it completely and its time to start again

I was always saying no to trading Marcus, but my thoughts have changed on that. He's reached his ceiling. Great defensive player or not, he's reached his potential on this team.

It depends on what you expect him to do. He hustles hard and plays great defense. Why can't he just play in a similar role as draymond did in gsw? Take less shots, play your role as a defensive anchor, vocal leader, playmaker, etc. Just stop trying to be Kyrie on the offense.
This circles back to brad allowing this.
