Nah, with every passing games Nuggets climb the standings which means Joker, who leads the league in Win Shares, VORP, PER, BPM, and so on, cementing his MVP. If Nuggets are top 6 team in the NBA by the end of the year, there is no chance anybody but Joker wins MVP.

Re: James Harden is the league MVP
- Houston were 3-6 with him early in the season.
- The Nets had a winning record in the 13 games before he arrived, despite Durant missing 4 and Kyrie missing 6 of those games.
- He missed 14 of the Nets' games this season, in a 72 game season.
He abandons a sinking ship as the captain mid-season while behaving like a bytch and he should be rewarded for that? He has no case. He should be more than happy with the one MVP he robbed off LeBron that he already has.

I agree with you.
I have a general question... why do people say he "could care less" when they mean he couldn't care less?

He is not winning anything. He plays for TEAM USA. The real MVP is Lillard.

Jokic have 3.5 less PPG than Lillard and more RPG, APG, STL, BLK, less TO, better FG%, 3PT%, TS%, bigger PER, WS, WS/48, BPM, RPM, VORP.
And their teams have the same records.
So why is Lillard more deserving MVP than Joker?

Correct. He has missed 14 of the nets games in 72 game season. Which equates to what, 16-17 games missed in 82 game season?
Voters won't give him the award.

Because Lillard played half the season without His running mate, CJ McCollum, and his big man, in Nurkic.

I agree. I think Jokic is an even better candidate. I just said that Harden's case is improving. He wasn't even on the radar a month ago and now you can make a legitimate case for him.

They should actually have a better record than they do given that roster.
Kawhi destroys Harden in on\off according to basketball reference. It's +12.2 for Kawhi and +1.9 for Harden. Kawhi has always been better then Harden. Kawhi will beat Lebron's ass, he'll beat Durant's ass, he'll beat ANYBODY, all you have to do is give him good defensive role players and a few decent scorers.
Clippers when Kawhi is ON: 121.7 offensive rating, defense holds teams to 111.3
Clippers when Kawhi is OFF: 112.5 offensive rating, defense holds teams to 114.4
Total on\off = 12.2
Nets when Harden is ON: 122.0 offensive rating, defensive holds teams to 115.4
Nets when Harden is OFF: 117.2 offensive rating, defense holds teams to 112.5
Total On\Off = 1.9

Stats don't lie buddy, read that. Kawhi is providing equal offensive impact and 2-3 times better defensive impact.
