Can't people just appreciate how well LeBron is playing without AD at the age of 36 without throwing shade at him? At this rate, he might win MVP. Inflated stats or not, it's impressive to keep up this level of play, even if a lot of other players are recording triple doubles, too.

LeBron has more 30 PER playoff runs than Jordan. Higher peak PER too.

Looks like you fall on your own sword. Again.

There's no way when 3ball made his account 7 years ago that he'd ever imagine he'd STILL be stuck on here pushing his anti-LeBron agenda in 2021. He probably thought LeBron would be a shell of himself or out of the league by now, instead he's the reigning FMVP and an MVP candidate

Now he's relegated to equating 7x All-NBA HOF'ers to bench players

He went full retard 7 years ago and couldn't stop.

I never lost an argument against him. Ever.

Imagine having Lebron + AD + 2 Pippen's (Harrell and Schroeder)

I’m confused here. You said that Schroeder and Harrell’s numbers are cratered by lebron (and 4th option roles) but then in literally the next sentence you say that their numbers are back because AD is out.

Which is it? Because to me it looks like you just played yourself and shouldn’t really be mentioning lebron as the craterer but rather the role they had.

Jordan's playoff PER at the ages 30-35:

    30 - 30.1
    32 - 24.8
    33 - 26.7
    34 - 27.1
    35 - 28.1

LeBron's playoff PER at the ages 30-35:

    30 - 25.3
    31 - 30.0
    32 - 30.1
    33 - 32.2
    35 - 30.2

With an insane amount of more mileage than Jordan. LeBron, who relies on his skills ages like wine. Jordan, who relied on his athleticism aged like vinegar.

    Bingo.

These people aren't basketball fans though. More like TMZ jobbers peddling BS and looking for more dirt

Bron is 36 and playing at a level equivalent to most primes. Leads the league in box impact and LA has a winning record without AD. But ya, not impressive

Kobe, AI, Nash and Rose all won MVPs with similar or lower PER, and that's just in the last 20 years.

LeBron isn’t going anyway for at least like 4 more years. 3ball still hasn’t accepted it.

I thought a legend once said that the PER was a garbage basis? Lmfao.

Up until around 2007, per was regarded as the most reliable catch all stat. But around that time a player at Cleveland began to achieve goat level per numbers and a number of people began to see it as a garbage stat. But in 2010, when three players, all with high per, teamed up in Miami, it once again became the single best measure of a player. But only for a short window of time. By 2015 it was a garbage stat again. Until 2019, when the Lakers made some moves and acquired a high per player, and the aforementioned player from Cleveland (now also at the Lakers) had a declining per. Since then it has become the #1 most reliable measure of a player again.

So in other words it isn't a consistent basis after all, since it is dictated by the current events happening in the league.
