But around that time a player at Cleveland began to achieve goat level per numbers and a number of people began to see it as a garbage stat. But in 2010, when three players, all with high per, teamed up in Miami, it once again became the single best measure of a player. But only for a short window of time. By 2015 it was a garbage stat again. Until 2019, when the Lakers made some moves and acquired a high per player, and the aforementioned player from Cleveland (now also at the Lakers) had a declining per.
