Default How is this not the most impressive MJ fact?

Everyone in history had a teammate lead in scoring for an entire playoff run

except MJ, who led every series...... by 10 ppg!!

(edit: except 1 series where he led by 4 ppg)

btw, his sidekick peaked at 22 ppg (pretty low) - mj also got more dpoy votes every year and averaged more career assists

People say 6-0 in the Finals but he was 24-0 with HCA as the favorite, which is really impressive. Every other great lost as the favorite, mostly multiple times

Also from December 1990 to the game-winning shot in Utah to get 6 in 1998, MJ never lost more than 2 games in a row in the RS or playoffs. Thats gotta be the most ridiculous stat maybe in all sports

Bulls took over HCA in the 89 ECF after going up 2-1 in the series. Then MJ had the famous "8 FGA I quit" game and went on to lose the series.

Interesting and truly impressive. People dont realize the commitment and fortitude needed to achieve that.

Thats not how losing with HCA works kiddo

To help you out, I suggest watching:

    2009 ECF
    2010 ECSF
    2011 Finals

Pippen averaged 9.7 on 40% in that series, so the loss was his fault

He got 7 points in the game you mentioned and didn't play in the closeout game 6

This is typical pippen.. he disappeared for the entire 93' Playoffs - his 2.0 BPM was the lowest sidekick BPM ever to win

People say bums like Shitbrick play hard every possession but they dont factor in IQ (playing mentally hard) and defense. Which MJ always gave night in night out.

You dont go 7 seasons + playoffs of not losing more than 2 straight without some INSANE motor, commitment, fortitude and SHEER WILL.

Now blaming the loss on a player who got injured one minute into the game?? I thought you said he sucked?? Why the sudden change??

    Lebron was lottery with:

    05' Zydrunas.... 19.5 PER.. 0.149 WS/48.. -0.2 BPM.. 1.2 VORP.. #12 team defense
    90' Pippen........ 16.3 PER.. 0.087 WS/48... 1.8 BPM.. 3.0 VORP.. #19 team defense

^^^ Whereas MJ nearly beat the champs in 1990 with less help on both sides of the ball

    09' Mo Will...'.... 17.2 PER.. 2.3 BPM.. 0.165 WS/48.. 3.1 VORP.... #3 team defense
    89' Pippen........ 14.9 PER.. 0.4 BPM.. 0.080 WS/48.. 1.5 VORP.. #11 team defense

    09' Cavs'..... #3 defense... 18 on 38% from Mo... lost to #4 SRS Magic (2 all-stars)
    89' Bulls... #11 defense... 15 on 40% from Pip... defeat #1 SRS Cavs' (3 all-stars)*

    * plus Ron Harper (20/5/5)

Those Cavs were a better team than lebron ever beat in the East, and MJ beat them with shit from Pippen and a shit team defense..

People forget that Lebron shot 30% on jumpers in the 4th quarter against Orlando and lost 3 fourth quarter leads - this included getting destroyed by Dwight in the critical Game 4 OT...

Ultimately, clutch and contested jumpshooting MATTERS.. it decides series and Lebron sucks at it
