I don't get paid millions, these guys get paid a lot. I don't get a fraction of what they get, and I can do a better job than many of them.

I think the life-span of the coaches is shorter than ever. Expectations are too high on them, for example, 30 years ago Nick Nurse could live off his ring with the Raptors his entire life. Nowadays you are calling for his head. The same with Kerr. Times have changed, definitely.
