Think Heat will make it too. Especially out east, with losing record you can be 5th.

Whereas in West you need winning record. If Dallas/Warriors make it, next to Lakers/Jazz/Clippers/Nuggets/Blazers/Suns. That means Spurs out. Someone good will be left out.

Mavs is only one shaky because the West is loaded. You got Lakers, Clips, Jazz, Nugs, Suns, Blazers, Spurs, Warriors. Some good team will miss out.

Okay, because I was looking at the NBA standings and there is a cut-off for the 7-10 seeds. So the winner between the 7th and 8th seed will be the 7th seed, and the winner between the 9th and 10th seed will become the 8th seed.
