both equally impressive on their own right tbh. GSW was stacked to the bone in 2016 and he carried literal DEAD WEIGHT in 2020... maybe only pippen went through a similar mental challenge while carrying jordan to a chip

2020. 2016 obviously he had to beat an elite team without homecourt in the finals, but the bubble flat out destroyed guys. You had to be a mentally strong team to win in there. The Clippers and Bucks were not. The Lakers with Lebron's leadership were.

2016 was definitely more exhausting without all those shitty disruptions. This year at least playoff contending teams were rested for more than four months, thanks to the current events.

In terms of mentality, 2016 for sure. Most players would have checked out after falling 3-1 to GSW. But in terms of overall playoff, its 2020. The Lakers basically won the chip in expert mode difficulty settings.
