Wasn't Mike D'Antoni an assistant coach on one of those Olympic teams as well?

But Frank Vogel is 0-3 against Erik Spolestra in the NBA playoffs. History tends to repeat itself, just like Mike D'Antoni never managed to beat Gregg Popovich(0-6 in all playoffs series). Some things are never going to change.
