With no fans in arena, it eliminates it anyway. Way different atmosphere.

I actually enjoyed watching a game that wasn't all offense for once. But I was kidding about it being the best 7th game ever.

if conley makes the shot its getting consideration. i'm a modern analytics type guy but enjoyed the defense a lot too. granted little annoying that only 3 guys on each team were willing to shoot it and 2 of them were just bricking in harris and conley

Probably not for Blazer fans, but LA/POR in 2000 was great.

And the lob from Kobe to Shaq was iconic.

2013 game 7 finals biggest carry ever all brons soliders showed up with zero points

bosh, ray allen, and mike miller

    0, 0, 0

Bron with a 32.5 Game Score in a Finals game 7. Find me better! (Looking at all of MJ's Finals and his last game of each series still never had a better game of 32.5 for a close out Finals game)

1988 NBA Finals: Lakers vs. Pistons

Isiah Thomas was battling a bum ankle after suffering the injury in Game 6, so Game 7 of this hotly contested series had every reason to be a laugher. It wasn't. Joe Dumars paced Detroit with 25 points, and seven Pistons reached double figures as they rallied from a 10-point deficit at the start of the fourth quarter. A controversial foul call on Bill Laimbeer turned things in Los Angeles' favor for good, however, and James Worthy posted a triple-double in victory, notching 36 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists. How many players have put up at least a 35/15/10 line in a Game 7 in Finals history? Only Worthy, according to Basketball Reference. Detroit would have its revenge, however, sweeping the Lakers in a Finals rematch the following year.

Yea, by those standards then, its definitely 2016. The quality of play may not have been the best in the final 4 minutes, but you could see that the players sensed that was at stake at that time.

    Very close:

    2019 Raptors vs 76ers
    2005 Spurs vs Pistons.
And Raptors vs 76ers 2001, with AI and VC fighting for a long run in the post-season.

2016 Finals because it was the final and it was a close game. And then the two plays at the end that are etched in memory, 2013 just didn't have the same epic feel maybe because Game 6 just totally shifted the momentum of the series that most people were sure that the Heat would win.
