Win Shares is a longevity stat and is ridiculous when comparing players. I'm going to show you 3 players to illustrate my point, Kobe, Magic, and Bird. Does anyone except the diehard Kobestans think Kobe is better than Magic or Bird?
Win Shares
16. Kobe Bryant 172.74
21. Magic Johnson 155.79
24. Larry Bird 145.83
But look what happens when you use WS/48 to compare these three
9. Magic Johnson .2249
21. Larry Bird .2032
59. Kobe Bryant .1705
Looks much better.

Don't disrespect Lebron like that
He is the master of flopping and getting dumped on in the Finals
Put some respect into those traits
Beta Lebron does have CP3 and Wade as his kid's god father. The flopping bunch

Goes both ways. Kobe's WS/48 is obviously affected by coming into the league much younger than Magic & Bird and playing way past his prime like Magic & Bird and didn't have all-time great teammates around him in the middle of his prime. The WS stat obviously is affected by how good the team is around the player. They all peaked at around .260 in their title runs in the Playoffs.

I don't disagree. I'm not a big fan of win shares personally for the reasons you stated. I was responding to Rico's posting on win shares being skewed.

LeBron is a master of scoring, playmaking/passing, understanding the game, leadership, defense, and off the court actives (knows how to take care of his body)
Master of every element of basketball when you think about it.

I think OP was looking for the name Carol Butler on this one.
