Going from Russell to Irving is going from an All-Star to an All-Star so until we see how Durant returns the biggest addition is adding DeAndre Jordan. That isn't drastic improvement. Last year's Nets overachieved with strong chemistry and an underdog mentality. Now that they have Irving they will have expectations and there isn't much to be said for his leadership so I don't expect the chemistry to be nearly as strong.
