The original moon landing conspiracies come out of Russia.

I don't really care if they did or they didn't. All the money put into "space exploration" is a waste in general.

Fictional characters to make money.
I've never even seen one in real life and I'm old.
But they sure have made a lot of people a lot of money.
Museums, movies, books, theme parks, toys, etc.

Nixon had 2 speeches drawn up just in case the Apollo 11 mission failed.

NASA didn't run the Apollo 2 mission for a full year and half because of this because they had to redesign the cockpit and safety procedures.
Here's a Wiki to all the Apollo and Saturn missions, there's so many missions they had to be done correctly before Apollo 11.

Rocket Science isn't as difficult or new as many think. Landing on the moon isn't truly that impressive. Many nations have done it since.

Wait... what?
Anyways...
The most surprising part of this thread to me is the fact that the disbelief isn't significantly higher... I thought this was one of the more accepted conspiracies...

Whether it's real or fake, it really does suck that humans won't travel further than that in our lifetimes.
So much shit to explore in space yet we're hundreds if not thousands of years away from actually being able to traverse any of it. Still in the infant stages of space travel.
Personally I do believe we landed on the moon but I disagree that it's harder to fake it than it is to actually do it.

You will see Mars explored unless you're like 65 or something... and then you may still.

United States, Russia, Japan, French Guiana, China, and India have all landed crafts on the moon.
Israel also recently had a messy/bad crash landing, which leaked Genetically modified aquatic animals which can survive in very strange environments. (Sea Bears)
