MJ could probably average 50 for a season under these rules.

Yeah a 43% FG Harden is allowed to take 35 shots a game but a career 50% FG Jordan and the GOAT mid range player wouldnt be allowed to take 25 shots

Did you wear hockey equipment to school as a kid, even though you weren't on the team?

Harden's current athleticism and quickness is inferior to 96' MJ, let alone pre-baseball MJ
Most versions of bulls' MJ covered ground much better and faster than harden, so he'd be better in today's high screen and spread-floor setups than harden is - harden simply can't cover ground as fast or well as this:

Nonetheless, Harden is currently exceeding mj's best offensive production, based on his 48.2 pts per 100 at 118 ortg.. That exceeds mj's best combination of 46.4 at 117
However, harden holds the ball much longer, which is good for carrying scrubs in the near-term, but bad for teammate and team development in long run.. his style is a gimmick with a low team ceiling..
They didn't even use the ball-dominator approach in previous eras like they do today - PG's brought the ball up and then immediately passed it, not holding it the whole possession like today's players.. but if they did use the ball-dominator approach in 87', mj's stats would've been much higher than harden's..
Again, when I look at possessions that MJ was in a ball-dominator role (high screen-roll and/or spread-floor), he covered ground much better than harden and was the better shot-maker against length - so he would be superior in today's spaced-out buffet for the ball-handler.

NO A game.
He put up better stats and shot the same FG% as MJ did in the '96 Finals.
SO WHY DID MJ DISAPPEAR IN THAT FINALS YET STILL WIN FMVP?

Harden is shooting a clean 44 percent, genius.
