At first I thought 'leader Kyrie' was a good thing. He may not be good at it right now, but he seemed like he was legitimately trying to do what was asked of him for the team and to find ways he could best support his teammates, so I hoped he would find a way.

Four months later, every single quote I've read from him this year has uses the word 'leader' or 'leadership' multiple times. He's starting to sound like a Baptist youth group leader. You've got Al Horford on your team to lead your team, cool down with the leadership crap. He's starting to sound like, in a roundabout way, he wants to alienate his teammates to establish the hiearchy with him as the top dog (Mamba mentality, the way he felt treated under Lebron). Just take charge on the basketball court. He's still the best offense they've got.

In conjunction with that, it seems obvious as more time passes that the Celtics are employing a college coach through-and-through. He's a great college coach, but that's what he is.

That's why the're "young" because they're still learning Kyrie

Obviously they gonna make lots of mistakes, no need to call them out.

This "thing" is a locker room issue.
