Kokoskov, who has sat alongside Snyder for the last three seasons, has played a large role in the development of the Jazz's guard core, especially Ricky Rubio. Kokoskov also plays a big role in drawing up the Jazz's team system on the court.

Depth. Utah has a legit 10-man rotation of quality NBA players. OKC relies heavily on their starters and lacks quality bench depth - especially in the front court. If Steven Adams gets into foul trouble again, that could spell doom for OKC.
You can't say that if the coach doesnt use them. When the bench sucks and Neto and Burks are sitting there and you want to call him coty?
