Think Bennett maybe out of the league for good now that the raps just cut him.
Could be one of the fastest #1 overall pick to get cut outta the league...
Not sure if Imbid counts since he never played a game.

NBA rookie of the year
Re: Anthony Bennett
Imbid will play a game eventually, but he probably won't last either. He will make Hasheen Thabeet look like a star. Thabeet at least lasted 5 seasons.
All former #1 busts must be sighing in relief because Bennett is now the GOAT #1 pick bust.

Maybe they could of won it if Bennett wasn't a bust and got back something worth while.

Re: Anthony Bennett
Since 1980, 27 of the 36 #1 overall picks have at least made the allstar game, if not all NBA or eventually the HOF.
Let's assume Wiggins and Towns make an allstar appearance or more in the future because let's be real: barring injuries they will. So that's 29 if the 36 picks.
The other 7?

I remember seeing all the videos of him showcasing his athleticism in college. He showed none of this in the NBA.

That depends. How much more help would it have been for LeBron*?

Might be the only way Hinkie gets a #1 pick
For real though, both Covington and Grant are better PFs than Bennett. Saric should as well.
