Default Beasley is averaging 15 pts and 5 rbds per game, only in 19 mpg

Will he actually be able to justify his draft position at this point? I thought no way, but he has been flat out balling since coming back from China and I stay converted now. Houston will most likely pick up the team option on him for the next season, and he could very well average 20 ppg as a second option behind Harden.

Bogut was a huge bust until he fell into the right situation

Lets see what the Rockets can do next season with Beasley getting big minutes

    That's not true

    Bogut was legit in Milwaukee

    Injuries slowed him down

So would you not say Greg Oden and Jabari Parker arent busts because of injury?

Bogut was a bust before GSW

True, dude was straight up beasting until his horrific injury.
As for Beasley, the dude seems much more humble and system-friendly now. The talent was always there, the attitude wasn't. Whether or not that's the case next year remains to be seen, I however really hope he can keep it up

Dude was averaging 16 points 10 rebounds with like 2.5 blocks a game while leading the Bucks to the playoffs. Not to mention he was an outstanding defender and decent passer (for a big man). Definitely wasn't a bust.

Bogut was exactly as advertised. I don't think anyone expected him to be the next coming of shaq.

That ship has long sailed. The Heat will always regret drafting him ahead of the number of other talented players in that draft- the solace being that it might have set the stage for the 2010 offseason.

If he can put in a few good years, then he can at least be remembered as an okay player that went too high and underachieved, but at least was as a factor. IDK if Anthony Bennett and similar cases will ever measure up to Beasley or even Darko who was in the league for a decent amount of time, even if he did **** all

This is what they were predicting for comparisons

Best Case: Brad Miller Meets Vlade Divac
    Worst Case: Chris Kaman

He more than met the best case

No one cares about what could have happened in Miami with Westbrook or Love instead of Beasley. The 3rd year Love or Westbrook would have easily been dealt if it meant the addition of Lebron and Bosh. The ship may have already sailed for Miami but not for Beasley. Beasley is different from other draft busts like Derrick Williams, Jonny Flynn, Hasheem Thabeet, Anthony Bennett who just didn't have games to begin with. Beasley used to perform when he stayed out of troubles or when he was healthy, and it looks like he may be trouble free at this point.
