Default Is LeBron the only superstar to win 2 Finals games

or even win 1 Finals game w/o a teammate who's never been named to an all-NBA team or an all-star team?

    referring to last seasons Finals.

right right. for a min I thought he was asking if anyone had won w/o those players even on the roster (not just injured). clearly kyrie (and love to an extent) were important to getting to the playoffs in general. Lebron is definitely sick hope the cavs can stay healthy

I don't ever recall any Superstar taking a team to the finals like LEBRON did the first time he went. I know people like to draw lines in the sand when it comes to their faves but anybody with a brain can see what a great player he is. No player can win a championship without a great team.

That's a pretty arbitrary accomplishment so you'd probably have to research every finals series and every all-star or all-NBA player to ever play in a finals. I'm certainly not doing that, but off the top of my head, maybe Hakeem in 1994.

    lmao exactly

I'm sure there has been, but who cares enough to go through the losing teams in nba finals history with 1 or more wins in the series to find out?

Who seriously tries to find ways to celebrate losing ?

    Probably not.

I would fathom that some of those George Mikan led teams in the early BAA years were like that, since they did not have their full careers in the BAA/NBA. Or did Slater Martin play on them at any point?

The next team I thought of was the 1974-75 Golden State Warriors, but Bill Bridges played with Rick Barry.

But these are only the champions. I'd bet there is a Finals loser who won two games and fits this criteria.

Anyways this question is lame since LeBron wouldn't have gotten to where he was without the help of Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving (or the team, of course, but I'm talking semantically).
