Arrow Kevin Durant had the most stacked roster in recent history and still lost the Finals

    Russell Westbrook
    Kevin Durant
    James Harden
    Serge Ibaka
    Reggie Jackson
    Thabo Sefolosha
    Kendrick Perkins
    Nick Collison

This team is absolutely stacked. It has multiple high level ball handlers and distributors, fantastic spacing, very solid and deep defense, very talented guys that can come off the bench and create a variety of difficult match ups...

This team was beautiful. Such a shame they couldn't get it done.

    STACKED as ****.

What makes it worse is he lost to LeBaldo who is the definition of a mental midget in his own right, sporting a finals record of 2/6.

If you can't get it done against a guy like that, I don't see it happening for you.

And no the warriors are less stacked. We just mesh better as a team because of unselfish players and lack of players who statpad and chuck.

    Wow....
KD is a scoring champ, MVP, and perennial Allstar
James Harden can flop to 20 fts and has excellent body control and can handle the ball.
Russell Westbrook is an athletic freak and can get to the basket at will.
Serge a great rim protector and great defensive anchor
Reggie Jackson will most likley be an Allstar this year
Thabo Sefelosha is a great perimeter defender and can shoot the rock
    Prime Perkins>Prime Shaq
Collision is Dirk mixed with Tim Duncan.

I usually I don't know if it's Lebrons flopping or KD and the thunder choking to death.
    What a disappointment.

They were a bunch of 22 and 23 year olds going up against a heat team on a mission

Rookie/sophomore years for players like Harden, Reggie Jackson or Ibaka at that point. They are much better players now than they was. Still much less stacked and balanced than current Warriors.

    Reggie Jackson?

That was his rookie year and he damn sure wasn't good enough to see the floor in a meaningful game...and he didn't. And Perkins sucked in 2012. He wasn't Boston Celtics Kendrick Perkins.

All the other big names (KD, Russ, Serge, Harden) were 22 and 23 year olds playing against prime and/or peak LeBron, Wade, and Bosh, two of which were playing in their third Finals and the other was playing in his 3rd.

But hey, if you just want to ignore all context that's fine. Just don't expect anyone with a brain to take this thread seriously.

Agreed about the players. I know you were joking but seriously though Perkins was a great low post defender and rebounder and Collision was a solid big coming off the bench. The rest of their roster were made up capable contributers as well.

At least when Lebron beat Durant, Durant didn't get any FMVP votes. But when Curry beat Lebron, Lebron sure got a lot of FMVP votes.

stacked means nothing if your 2 best players cant coexist. If the team is better without westbrook, then whats really the point of stacked. Hopefully donovan could reign westbrook. There the only ones who could challenge GSW.
