1958 Celtics also started 14-0
Not saying Warriors won't keep going but just pointing out their current 14 win start has been done once before by a reigning championship team.
Not bad company to be in.

Nice, I pointed out reigning championship teams I figured a few more that weren't under that criteria might have also done it

It was the then record. 7 other teams. I know you're being sarcastic but playing less teams doesn't making having winning records any easier - you still play the same number of games. Any "edge" you might get in being more familiar with another team, they have that same edge over you it completely cancels itself out.

Amazing as it sounds, there are still some people alive who were born back then.

Just for a big of debate.
1. If you're the better team, you'd get better than the other team would with familiarity. Better coaching here would also be key.
2. Less "styles" of play that could potentially be a problem in a one game regular season game.
Still impressive and the whole small vs large league is always an interesting debate. I've always felt it made the playoffs easier, but the regular season harder.

Some of you perhaps even have already heard that I am a Die Hard Pacers fan but I also am a fan of the Cavaliers as well. It is pretty common knowledge that the 1950's and 1960's were an inferior league when compared to our Modern League of Today. There were many 6'5" Caucations playing in the front court making it an extremely cupcake game. Please do not bring up any more nonsense from these non relevant eras.

I'm not embarrassed to say it. Dunking over white boys isn't impressive.
