I want him to succeed. A lot of people do.

But quite honestly, the kid is not very good. Not a consistent shooter, can't take a bunch of contact and finish plays consistently, gun-shy, kind of soft, etc.

Maybe he will develop, but I don't get the hype.

Well he's playing better than most of us expected and many thought he had super star talent, but just not right away. He's progressing fast. Thus people are excited to see it.

Anyone who watches knicks games knows that he makes a big impact on almost every game regardless of the #'s he puts up.

This. He makes very few errors and is in the right spots making the right moves most of the time. Already better than players like Shumpert or JR smith ever were

Anyone with even basic rudimentary understanding of basketball fundamentals can see he's barely even an average player right now, under best case scenario.

He can play in the Knicks..........the Knicks are an abomination against basketball. That is how bad they are. That is how bad most lower level NBA teams are.

He's not good enough to make the rotation in a good Euroleague team.

He's a young talent playing in a joke team, that competes in an almost fake and choreographed WWE style of a flying circus of a league.

Again though, he undeniably has great talent and potential, and should have been the #1 pick of the draft. If he was a black kid from USA (like Towns) they would have drafted him #1 without hesitation. They did not, because the NBA is so clearly blatantly racist to anyone that is not retarded.

None of the last 16 European players drafted in the lottery have gone on to make an All-Star team.
