What's the problem here?
We are watching it in slow mo/multiple angles
In real time that simply looks like Lowry hooked his arm around Iggy's (straight) arm. Clearly, Iggy did some smart all-defensive team tactics and it was more of a "arm flop" than anything but it wasn't some egregious call.
Anyways, if you watch the clip carefully they didn't call Lowry for the CLEAR original foul he did have where he just basically pulled Iggy's arm out of the way in the very beginning.

lol Andre had his arm in there to make it look like Lowry was holding him. Lowry was dumb for letting him do that.

Iguodala basically created a foul using that hand.
But, Lowry could have been called foul from pulling Iggy's arm as well.

This one's not bad. The ref missed the actual foul by Lowry and called the flop. Modern NBA at its finest right here. Probably a no-call in that situation ideally.

That whole 4th quarter was a mess, Warriors get in the penalty early so you had Toronto shooting free throws the whole quarter without making a field goal, then you that mess in crunch time. Refs were power tripping tonight.

These kinda calls at the end of games are disrespectful to the integrity and competitive spirit of the game.

i love the raptors and theyre 1 of my teams.
but lowry did technically hook that guy
weird that they called it in at that time of the game under the circumstances. but it was the correct call
