I moved to my current locale in the dead of winter for a new job and discovered that single people in their late 20s/mid 30s are rare here. Incredibly rare. I tried the bar scene for a bit and found nothing to my liking, so I gave a dating site a shot after two months of what felt like utter isolation. I know the feedback varies from person to person but for me...best goddamned decision ever.
