This makes no sense. I've had plenty of co-workers that don't come to after hours stuff and with whom I have no relationship outside of work. Doesn't mean we can't work together. But if one of them was accused of murder or rape I wouldn't stand up and back them. I have no idea who they are, because thats the way they wanted it.
