Both Dragic and Bosh are being payed relative market value, and as others have mentioned, Wade has a one year deal and his salary is irrelevant to the Heat's flexibility this year. Honestly, the majority of players in the league are overpaid and there's certainly nothing egregious about the Heat's contracts. I guess Bosh still has some health uncertainty so if I had to choose I'd probably say him.
