Just had a beast of an omelette. 2 eggs, 4 whites, mushrooms, 150g ham, 100g cheese. Omnomnom.
Got some nice tuna steaks marinading in lemon and chilli for later. Gon b gud

Went to Vegas. Ate at my favorite restaurant: The Heart Attack Grill. I even got to eat free. Amazing ****ing food.

Diced chicken onion pita bread steamed broccoli
3 cups tea, 2 cups greens
gonna try to aim for 2 solid meals nowadays. Maybe if I stopped eating like a prepubescent girl that's allergic to food I'd actually pull over 5.
Body is REALLY skinny right now. My bone frame should hold 195 lbs not.. 159. labor and nutrition not up to par.
