Although Kerr was a newbie coach, he has immersed himself in the NBA as he worked in the executive ranks. Thus, Kerr was probably more prepared than any rookie coach in NBA history for the job. Using him to justify your argument is flawed, because both of them don't come from similar backgrounds.

The only difference is that OKC has a more talented lineup than the Warriors, but Kerr is a better coach than Donovan.

In the end, expect a healthy Golden State and OKC to finish 1-2 in the West and meet in the WCF.
