Those that I know are convinced that they'll make the playoffs/contend every year until they're mathematically eliminated. It always ends up being a fun process for me (Canadiens fan) to watch/comment on.

Most of my friends who are Raptors fans are quite realistic...everyone was hyped up at the start of the season but I don't think any of us were thinking beyond the second round.

Some Bulls/Hornets fan was telling me in January that Raptor fans on Reddit were saying they could win the chip.

If true, I will never take their opinion seriously.
