Would be even sweeter if we didn't have those 2 or 3 recent wins

Yeah, but going forward I'm confident we will at least catch the Wolves.

    It's Clarkson + scrubs.

Wolves have KG, Rubio, Wiggins and Martin (a straight up killer).

    Lottery is a crapshoot, though.

For sure, but at this point, it is better to have a pick in the top 5, than not have a pick at all, by being the 2nd worst team in the league we guarantee that, and if we the 3rd worst, it's virtually a lock as well.

Not entirely true. Only three teams can hopscotch us.

That means, if we have the 2nd worst record in the league, at the very worst of worst luck, we'd have the 5th pick. Right now we can still fall out of the top 5 and lose the pick.

    Stay winning Philly and Minny.

You make valid points but still... you guys can be Cleveland of last year and they had worse odds.

There is absolutely no chance the Lakers make the playoffs next year. Sorry.

too early to tell, but yeah, Lakers will be a much, much better team next season, but they probably miss the playoffs and get the 13-14th lottery seed
