They bring this up every time they review a play, but I honestly haven't noticed a difference. They take just as long as ever. Refs still stand there for 10 minutes looking at the same play over and over.
Was watching the end of the Blazers game tonight and it took like 3 hours to play the last two minutes of regulation + OT. Ridiculous.
