Why are you acting like people choose more on merit and not who they like and want to see? Most people don't give a shit. Durant/Westbrook are hilariously low.

Good for Wall and Gasol. Glad to see them getting the appreciation they deserve. Looks like Wade will be the only starter from "team Lebron", though Bosh, Irving, and love will all probably make the team. Hope to see them all on the court at the same time at some point though.

Did you not read what I read. Gasol has been playing great ball. Durant is by no means the megastar that Kobe or Lebron is. So he's not gonna get a large amount of votes when he wasnt healthy.

Durant has been second to Kobe I think the past few years in the West. Only a few players in history are Kobe/LeBron famous. Durant is Vince Carter/Mac/AI level. Those guys have been voted in with few games played (Mac and VC) or way past prime (AI with Pistons).

Gasol with more votes than Durant now would be like Elton Brand getting more votes than Vince Carter in 2003.

Well the results speak for themselves.

Gasol deserves it more than Durant and Im happy the voters saw it that way.

No doubt if Durant was healthy he would start.

It's surprising because the fans rarely get it right.

History tells otherwise, T-Mac almost made in over CP3 without really playing for the season, they basically had to rig the votes to get CP3 in the starting spot over him.
