You have players like Lebron, Durant, AD, Cousins, Westbrook, Paul, Griffin, Curry, Harden, Dwight who are all better, so you can't say he is top 10.

He's still a great player when he plays but he's limited so can't really say he's still top 10. It's the story of his life. His peak play is superb, it's just his longevity that is lacking. But he can still be as productive as any other player just not over a long period of time.
