Between his rookie season and 2011, Rose was always slightly better than Westbrook. However, in the 2011-12 season, Westbrook was the better player mainly because Rose was just not healthy that season. He only played 39 games and that was the year the NBA had the lockout. I really hope D-Rose can come back into form, though. Him vs Russell Westbrook was always a fun matchup to watch because of how similar they played.
