    Default Early 90s' FOX programing

I've been watching the Simpsons 'Every Episode Ever' marathon on FXX and it got me think about the network FOX which was brand new when the Simpsons premiered in 1989 (or the original 1987 shorts on the Tracey Ullman Show.)

    Series between 1990-1994
    21 Jump Street (1987-1991)
    Married ... With Children (1987-1997)
    The Tracey Ullman Show (1987-1990)
    America's Most Wanted (1988-2011)
    Comic Strip Live (1989-1994)
    Cops (1989-2013)
    The Simpsons (1989-)
    Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990-2000)
    Bobby's World (1990-1998)
    In Living Color (1990-1994)
    Parker Lewis Can't Lose (1990-1993)
    Tom & Jerry Kids (1990-1993)
    Beetlejuice (1991)
    Herman's Head (1991-1994)
    Roc (1991-1994)
    Batman (1992-1995)
    Ben Stiller Show (1992-1993)
    Eek! The Cat (1992-1997)
    Martin (1992-1997)
    Melrose Place (1992-1999)
    Tiny Toon Adventures (1992-1997)
    Animaniacs (1993-1995)
    Living Single (1993-1998)
    Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1993-1995)
    Sinbad Show (1993-1994)
    Townsend Television (1993)
    New York Undercover (1994-1998)
    Party of Five (1994-2000)
    South Central (1994)
    The Critic (1994-1995)
    The Tick (1994-1996)
Where on Earth Is Carmen Sandiego? (1994-1998)

Great network early on. A lot of these programs still air today. They also had the best children's programs.

21 Jump Street (1987-1991) - remembered that shit and the entire cast were teen idols.

Married ... With Children (1987-1997) - GOAT show. There was a hot chick in every episode.

The Tracey Ullman Show (1987-1990) - didn't really like her but Simpsons came from that show.

America's Most Wanted (1988-2011) - did not like. It came on after all the good shows and it came on the weekend too.

Cops (1989-2013) - good for its time.

The Simpsons (1989-) - NO EXPLANATION NEEDED.

Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990-2000) - Good show and many teen idols.

Bobby's World (1990-1998) - didn't like it but Howie Mandel was at his peak during this time.

In Living Color (1990-1994) - GOAT SHOW.

Parker Lewis Can't Lose (1990-1993) - good show. Synchronize your Swatches. I had one too.

Roc (1991-1994) - did not like. The dude passed away.

Ben Stiller Show (1992-1993) - remembered it briefly.

    Martin (1992-1997) - good show.

Melrose Place (1992-1999) - good show.

Tiny Toon Adventures (1992-1997) - one of the greatest cartoons ever. It was the New-Gen of Warner Brothers.

    Animaniacs (1993-1995) - Love it.

Living Single (1993-1998) - didn't care for it.

New York Undercover (1994-1998) - this was a very underrated show. It blew up the fashion industry. Tommy Hilfiger, Polos, H. Hansen, Timberlands and bubble jackets. Your basic 90's hip hop cop show.

Party of Five (1994-2000) - very popular show but I didn't get into it. Jennifer Love Hewitt got her fame here.

Come to think of it, Fox is very nostalgic and did put out some good stuff. Not so much anymore. It's ironic because they are now more famous for their conservative news channel but in the 90's they were producing shows geared towards minorities.

The only good episode of Herman's Head was when Patrick Ewing was in it.
