Reggie Miller is a legend. top 10 all-time at his position.

OK, if ISH doesn't think Reggie is going to the HoF, what about Ray Ray?

Best player on a lot of great teams that had to face the Knicks, Bulls, Heat, etc.
Better than Ray Allen.
Definitely debatable.

Sprewell didn't play on the Knicks? Granted, he did play in Golden State half his career, but he went to NY in his prime (27 yrs old). Not to mention that Allen played in the East on the Bucks...Also, why did you leave out Penny or AI? He went against these guys routinely. Steve Smith played in Miami and Atlanta in the 90s.
And what's so funny about Reggie being a legend? He's the greatest Pacer ever. An Icon in Indiana.

You don't have to avg 25 point and 10 boards as a big or 22 points and 5 assist as a guard to make the Hall of Fame.
Reggie Miller is a Hall of Fame player. First of all, he's famous. So the fame part is covered. Second, he's had a hell of a career. He's had great playoff moments. More than others in the Hall of Fame. Alex English, Chris Mullin, Pistol Pete, have any playoff moments that just jump out at you?
He has 3 All-NBA teams, that's more than Nate Thurmond, Alonzo Mourning, Dennis Rodman, Adrian Dantley have.
He has 5 All-Star appearances. That's more than Earl Monroe, Walt Bellamy, Bill Bradley have.
He has over 25,000 Points. That's more than Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Clyde Drexler, Charles Barkley, Jerry West, Elgin Baylor, Scottie Pippen, Gary Payton.
