Block 23 shots by far.. To do that in this era you'd have to be 1) ridiculously athletic, 2) highly intelligent/skilled/disciplined defensively, and 3) naturally gifted with defensive instincts. If you worked hard you could be a game changing defensive force and build a HOF career out of it like Mutombo or Rodman.
