smh people still trying to make mchale the scapegoat. guy lost 2 starters from last season which were replaced by pretty much a three and d guy in ariza and the rockets are at the top of the west and look better than a clippers team that was considered to be a title contender by many this season.

Once we start posting up Dwight, the offense stagnates to a point that there is no movement. Dwight just cant carry a offense like that. There needs to be a variety of that. Tonight in that disaster period of the 3rd quarter we kept going and going into the play. it was like 6 or 7 plays non stop of pounding it into Dwight which Gortart tottaly bodied him up and resulted in turnovers or misses much like the way Gasol played him.This Is on the coach for not changing the plays


We got back into it by running and playing down hill and finding the corner shooters or like brewer cutting to the bucket.I think McHale has to tell Dwight that move off the ball and play off Harden. We need to get back to running and insert DMO he provides much better low post target plus he hit the three and get the bigs defending out of the paint which gives more room for Harden to attack the basket. With Smith and Dwight they clogged the paint(Wizards) and Harden had no room to attack the basket.

You can tell the difference between how the team was playing when Howard was out and compare it to now..When Harden is running the show, the team is more spaced out, they actually have room to attack and find open shooters. I feel like apart of the reason the offense is so stagnate is because we do have a few new guys and haven't had any real practices since we've acquired them. They still have to go through the motion with Brewer and Smith. Once the team is on the same page, things will get better.

Some teams are just too talented

but playoffs exposes their coaching problem.

Been saying since last year. Howard is the odd man out. He's a great defender and rebounder and he can still get you points but he does it at the expense of the offense.

Everything slows to a crawl when he gets it in the post. Takes too long to make a move, is turnover prone and a horrible passer from there as well.

If they traded DH for someone like Gasol or Noah it would be over. Oh...and got a new coach as well.
